ingredients

  • 1 bag Siete Grain Free Sea Salt Tortilla Chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • avocado spray
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 bottle Siete Jalapeno Hot Sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 package Siete Grain Free Almond Flour Tortillas
  • Lettuce, to serve

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350ºF/180°C.

  • Step 2

    In a food processor, pulse the Grain Free Sea Salt Chips until fine.

  • Step 3

    In a separate bowl, combine and whisk egg and water, and set aside.

  • Step 4

    ⁠Bread shrimp by dipping each shrimp into the egg mixture, followed by the Grain Free Sea Salt Tortilla Chip breading.

  • Step 5

    Place the shrimp in a baking tray lined with parchment and spray lightly with avocado spray.

  • Step 6

    Bake for 10-15 mins, or until golden brown and fully cooked through. ⁠

  • Step 7

    ⁠Blend the avocado with 1 bottle of Jalapeño Hot Sauce, garlic, and lime juice.

  • Step 8

    Serve with Grain Free Almond Tortillas, lettuce, and avocado jalapeño sauce

  • Step 9
