- 6 Siete Grain Free Cassava Tortillas
- avocado oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Method
Step 1
Cut tortillas into six wedges.
Step 2
Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Fry the tortilla wedges until light-gold and crispy.
Step 4
Remove and place on top of cooling rack.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, add sugar and cinnamon and whisk together to blend.
Step 6
Transfer to shaker and season the crispy tortilla wedges with the cinnamon sugar.
Step 7
Transfer the sugared tortilla wedges to a plate and top with cashew crema, strawberry chia jam, and toasted pecans.
