ingredients

  • 1 container Siete Spicy Blanco Cashew Queso
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup dairy free parmesan
  • 2 garlic powder
  • 5 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 can artichokes, drained and quartered
  • 1/2 cup cooked and chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup dairy free mozzarella, shredded
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients, except mozzarella, in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

  • Step 2

    Preheat oven to 375ºF/190°C.

  • Step 3

    Transfer mixture into pan sprayed with nonstock cooking spray.

  • Step 4

    Top with mozzarella and bake for 20 mins or until top is golden brown.

  • Step 5

    Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

  • Step 6

    Serve and enjoy with Siete Grain Free Sea Salt Chip.
