- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cup dairy free yogurt
- 1 iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges
- 1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup taco seasoned crispy chickpeas
- fresh cilantro leaves, for serving
- crispy bacon bits, for serving
Method
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine Siete Jalapeño Hot Sauce, lime juice, and dairy free yogurt.
Step 2
On a platter, place wedges and top with dressing, pumpkin seeds, cherry tomatoes, crispy chickpeas.
Step 3
