ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 cup white chocolate
  • 1 bag Siete Grain Free Dip Chip
  • coarse sea salt
  • peppermint candies
  • 1/4 cup freeze dried raspberries (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup roasted almonds, chopped

Method

  • Step 1

    Melt both chocolates according to package instructions, until they are completely melted. ⁠

  • Step 2

    Quickly dip all chips in dark chocolate, coating only half of each chip. ⁠

  • Step 3

    Lay chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment and lightly sprinkle sea salt over ⅓ of all the chips before the chocolate cools and hardens. ⁠

  • Step 4

    Use melted white chocolate to drizzle over the remaining chips. ⁠ Roughly crush peppermint candies and decorate another 1/3 of the chips with the crushed candy.

  • Step 5

    Decorate the remaining chips with crushed almonds and freeze-dried raspberries. ⁠ Place the tray in the freezer for 3-5 minutes or until chocolate sets completely. ⁠
