ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or a rotisserie chicken
- 2 tbsp Whole30 Approved Chipotle Hot Sauce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 diced celery stalk
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 whole avocados, halved
- to serve fresh cilantro
- Siete Chipotle BBQ Chips
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a bowl, and mix to combine.
Step 2
Top avocado halves with a scoop of the chicken mixture.
Step 3
Garnish with cilantro and fresh lime. Serve with Siete Chipotle BBQ Chips.
