ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or a rotisserie chicken
  • 2 tbsp Whole30 Approved Chipotle Hot Sauce
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 diced celery stalk
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 whole avocados, halved
  • to serve fresh cilantro
  • Siete Chipotle BBQ Chips

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a bowl, and mix to combine.

  • Step 2

    Top avocado halves with a scoop of the chicken mixture.

  • Step 3

    Garnish with cilantro and fresh lime. Serve with Siete Chipotle BBQ Chips.
