ingredients
- 1 head Romaine lettuc, chopped
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small tomato, small diced
- 1 can chili beans, not rinsed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
ingredients
Catalina dressing
- 4 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon avocado oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
ingredients
- 1 cup Siete Grain Free Nacho Tortilla Chips, crumbled
Method
Step 1
Gently mix together the lettuce, onion, tomato, chili beans, and shredded cheese.
Step 2
Whisk all ingredients for dressing together and set aside.
Step 3
Serve salad in a bowl with nachos and drizzle with Catalina dressing.
