ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe melon, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 8 cups water

Method

  • Step 1

    Place the melon and 2 cups of the water in a blender together with the maple syrup and lime juice. Blend until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Place the juiced purée in a large pitcher and add the remaining 6 cups of water. Add chia seeds.

  • Step 3

    Refrigerate and let sit for 30 minutes before serving.
