ingredients
- 1 bag Siete Grain Free Chipotle BBQ Chips
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp Siete Chipotle Hot Sauce
- 6 chicken tenders, cut into 1 inch slices
- 1 cup tapioca starch
- dairy free ranch dressing, for serving
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
Step 2
In a food processor, pulse the Siete Grain Free Chipotle BBQ Chips with paprika, sugar, dry mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Combine eggs with Siete Chipotle Hot Sauce, beat and set aside.
Step 4
Dip each chicken strip in the tapioca, then in the egg, then the spiced crumb mixture.
Step 5
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place chicken poppers.
Step 6
Bake for 10-12 mins and serve with the ranch dressing.
