ingredients
- 2 Siete Grain Free Almond Flour Tortillas
- 1 banana, peeled
- almond butter
- strawberry jam
Method
Step 1
Heat tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until pliable.
Step 2
Take both tortillas and place them on a cutting board.
Step 3
Use the bottom of a spoon to spread almond butter on each side of the tortillas.
Step 4
Cut the banana into ¼-inch slices and place the slices on the almond butter inside the tortillas.
Step 5
Place the tortilla (almond butter side down) on top of the filled one to form a quesadilla.
Step 6
Place the quesadilla in the skillet and heat for an additional 10 seconds on each side.
Step 7
Place on a cutting board and cut into small triangles.
Step 8
Best served warm with a cold strawberry jam dipping sauce!
