ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup vegan butter (or regular butter), at room temperature
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips, divided
- 1/3 cup Nutella®
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray or line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt
Step 3
In a large bowl, whisk together the vegan butter, egg, and sugar.
Step 4
Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Step 5
Fold in half of the chocolate chips then swirl in half of Nutella (do not over combine).
Step 6
Pour the blondie mixture in the pan. Swirl the rest of the Nutella on top and the rest of the chocolate chip.
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 8
Let it cool for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool completely before cutting and serving.
