ingredients

  • 70 grams Flour
  • 15 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 45 grams Brown Sugar
  • 95 grams White Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 80 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 225 grams Semi Sweet Chocolate

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven at 350F. Melt Chocolate & Butter together. Keep it aside.

  • Step 2

    Whisk Eggs & Sugar together till its pale & fluffy. Add chocolate-butter mix to it. Make sure it's not hot.

  • Step 3

    Add Vanilla. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & salt. (Purpose of sifting here is just mixing all the ingredients evenly)

  • Step 4

    Fold dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Don't not overmix.

  • Step 5

    The batter would be flowing not like a cookie batter. Do not let it rest. Pour it on a baking tray & immediately bake it for 15-20mins (this time will vary depending upon the oven).

  • Step 6

    Let it complete cool down before transferring it into a wire rack.
