ingredients
- French vanilla ice cream
- Cocoa powder
- Shredded coconut
- Yellow and orange food coloring
- Cool Whip
- Green sprinkles (jimmies)
- Chopped Red Vines
- Yellow Starburst candies
Method
Step 1
Scoop the French vanilla ice cream onto a piece of cling wrap and shape it into a potato form. Freeze until firm.
Step 2
Roll the frozen ice cream potato in cocoa powder to give it a realistic potato skin look. Slice down the middle to create a 'baked potato' effect.
Step 3
Mix shredded coconut with yellow and orange food coloring to mimic shredded cheese.
Step 4
Add a dollop of Cool Whip to the center of the sliced ice cream potato. Sprinkle the colored coconut on top.
Step 5
Decorate with chopped Red Vines, green sprinkles, and small pieces of yellow Starburst to complete the look.
