We make steel cut oats at least once a week during the fall and winter and I could not be more excited to try this super seasonal version! I always love it when pomegranates come around (we call them the berry of the fall) and our bodies will always thank us for including them - they are a delicious source of anti-inflammatory vitamins and minerals. The roasted pears bring the perfect fall flavors we can't get enough of and by including chia, flax and pumpkin seeds, this bowl has some serious satiating power, between it's healthy fats and high fiber. Where has this oatmeal recipe been all these years!?
