ingredients
- 1 count Sweet potato
- 5 count Baby red or yellow potatoes
- 3 large Carrots
- Yellow onion
- 8 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 2 tablespoons Garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Mustard powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne
- 1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Liquid smoke
- 1 pinch Salt & pepper
Method
Step 1
Peel and rough chop veggies. Add to pot, cover with water and bring to boil until softened.
Step 2
Strain veggies (save water! you need some for this recipe, & can use the rest for stock later on!) Return veggies to pot, add seasoning & spices.
Step 3
Add 1.5-2 cups reserved stock, mix to coat. And use immersion blender to create creamy sauce.
Step 4
Serve over noodles, with veggies, or anything you enjoy cheese sauce with! This will keep for up to a month in the freezer!
