ingredients

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  • 8 ounces white bakers chocolate
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup gluten free baking flour
  • 1/4 cup caramel bits
  • 1/4 cup mini reeses, rough chopped
  • 1 Handful gluten free pretzels

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350.

  • Step 2

    Melt butter, roughly chop white chocolate and fold into butter until well combined. (return to microwave for 20 seconds if necessary to fully melt chocolate)

  • Step 3

    Add sugars, and mix to combine. Add eggs, and vanilla. Mix.

  • Step 4

    Add flour, and a pinch of salt. Use hand mixer to combine fully (no clumps!)

  • Step 5

    Fold in caramel bits.

  • Step 6

    Transfer to greased, parchment lined baking dish. Sprinkle in (desired amount of) chopped reeses, and pretzels. Gently push into batter.

  • Step 7

    Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing.
