Spinach artichoke sliders
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Add cream cheese, spices, salt and pepper, and parmesan to a bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine well.
Step 2
Fold in spinach, artichoke hearts, oregano and garlic.
Step 3
Slice Hawaiian rolls vertically, from top to bottom- but not cutting through the bottom. (to create a sort of "sub bun" style)
Step 4
Scoop spinach artichoke dip into the sliders. (you will have extra! put it in a pan and bake it, or eat it cold! OR double this recipe with an extra pack of sliders)
Step 5
Brush with olive oil, and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and the spinach dip starts to bubble and turn golden.
Step 6
Top each slider with a piece of fried feta. Garnish with additional oregano, and fresh chives if desired. I also love a drizzle of hot honey on top!
