ingredients

  • 1/2 cup softened butter, unsalted
  • 8 ounces chopped white bakers chocolate
  • 1/2 cup granulated cane sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, room temp.
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • gluten free baking flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 bar Hershey's chocolate
  • 1/4 cup melted marshmallow fluff
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows, for topping
  • 1 bar gluten free graham crackers, for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, melt butter and white chocolate together, and allow to cool. Add sugars to that bowl, mix well.

  • Step 2

    Add eggs one at a time, whisking for two minutes each.

  • Step 3

    Add vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix. Add baking flour, and a pinch of salt, mix well.. scraping down sides of bowl as needed.

  • Step 4

    Melt your marshmallow fluff in a small bowl. Pour Blondie mix into parchment lined baking dish of desired size.

  • Step 5

    Swirl marshmallow fluff gently into mixture using a spoon or chopstick/skewer. Push chocolate pieces into mix.

  • Step 6

    Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.

  • Step 7

    Allow blondies to cool, and top with mini-marshmallows and pieces of graham crackers.

  • Step 8

    Use small hand torch to gently roast some of the marshmallows.
