- 8 ounces room temperature cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce

- 1 cup divided shredded asiago (white cheddar, or parmesan will work too)
- 8 ounces lump crab meat (cooked)

Method
Step 1

Add shallot, and cook to soften.
Step 3
Add garlic, and green onion. Followed by herbs and spices.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, and broil for the last few if needed to brown cheese.
