ingredients

  • 16 ounces cooled, baked salmon
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 bunch chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1 teaspoon grainy mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 1/4 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Method

  • Step 1

    Add cooled salmon to a bowl, use a fork to flake. Add chopped veggies (feel free to have fun with this part and get creative with your additions!) and spices.

  • Step 2

    Add egg, and mix well. Add flour and breadcrumbs, and combine.

  • Step 3

    Use your hands to form patties of desired size.

  • Step 4

    Fry patties for maybe 3-5 minutes per side, until golden and crispy. Serve! (great as an addition to salad, on a bun, or alone with a dipping sauce!
