Peanut butter cup banana pudding

ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/4 cups ice cold water
- 1 package vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups
- 18 gluten free cookies
- 2 sliced bananas
Method
Step 1
Add sweetened condensed milk to a bowl, use hand mixer to start whisking and slowly stream in cold water. Whisk for about 2 minutes, according to package instruction. Let set in the fridge for at least 10 minutes, up to over night.
Step 2
Make whipped cream by whisking heavy cream, vanilla paste (or extract), and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
I used Marilyn's Gourmet gluten free graham crackers for this occasion. But I have a gluten free vanilla wafer recipe posted here as well! OR peanut butter cookies would be a great addition (I burnt mine, soooo.)
Step 4
In individual jars, or a trifle dish... layer cookies, banana slices, pudding, peanut butter cup pieces, and whipped cream... repeating and ending with whipped cream topped with peanut butter cups.
Step 5
Enjoy within two days of assembly!
