ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt, divided
  • 1/2 cup half and half (or milk of choice), divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste, or extract
  • 6 ounces creamy almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam (or jam flavor of choice)
  • 1 pinch of flaky salt

Method

  • Step 1

    In one measuring cup, whisk together 1/2 cup greek yogurt (I like greek gods honey flavored!), 6 ounces of almond butter, and 1/4 cup half and half until smooth. Set aside.

  • Step 2

    In a second measuring cup, whisk together remaining greek yogurt, jam, vanilla paste, and half and half until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Pour in layers into small paper cups, or popsicle molds.

  • Step 4

    Freeze for 20 minutes, then place in popsicle sticks. Sprinkle tops with flaky salt if desired.

  • Step 5

    Freeze until solid, around 6 hours, ideally over night.
