ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups Gluten free baking flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Baking soda
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 8 tablespoons Softened butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/4 tablespoons Vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 tablespoon Milk (or vegan half&half)
Method
Step 1
Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl. Preheat oven to 325.
Step 2
Whisk egg, and add vanilla. Add to dry ingredients.
Step 3
Add butter, & whisk using hand mixer until combined.
Step 4
Add milk, whisk until dough forms (will be sort of clumpy)
Step 5
Work into ball using hands. Scoop 1tbs. rounds, gently roll to create desired wafer shape.
Step 6
Place on parchment lined baking sheet, bake 15-18 minutes. (Until evenly golden) allow to cool until crisp.
