ingredients

  • 8 ounces chopped White bakers chocolate
  • 1 cup cubed Butter
  • 1/2 cup White sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cups Bob’s red mill gluten free 1:1 baking flour
  • 1 Pinch Sea salt
  • 1/3 cup Peanut butter chips
  • 1/3 cup Mini chocolate chips

Method

  • Step 1

    Melt butter & white chocolate in large bowl over double boiler, or in 20 second intervals in microwave. Stirring constantly, or every 20 seconds. Remove from microwave and allow to cool slightly while you prepare other ingredients.

  • Step 2

    Preheat oven to 350. Mix vanilla, & sugars into cooled chocolate & butter. Mix in eggs.

  • Step 3

    Fold in peanut butter & chocolate chips. Pour into greased, foil lined baking dish.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean from center.

  • Step 5

    (Optional) top with additional peanut butter/chocolate chips while cooling. Slice & serve!
