ingredients

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup gluten free baking flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 pinch salt (plus more for topping)

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in cast large iron/oven safe skillet. Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter. Then sugars & vanilla.

  • Step 2

    While that cools down, whisk together two eggs until fluffy. Pour and mix into cooled butter/sugar mixture.

  • Step 3

    Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well, and add chocolate/peanut butter chips. Transfer to oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown ontop.

  • Step 4

    Top with flaky salt, vanilla ice cream, fresh whipped cream, and caramel sauce (or any other toppings you have on hand!!)

  • Step 5

    Grab a spoon (or a few if you're sharing) and dig right in!
