ingredients
- 1 cup Gluten free all purpose flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg white
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 1 pkg softened Cream cheese
- 4 ounces Lump crab meat
- 3 Spring onions
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Method
Step 1
Whisk together egg, egg white, & water.
Step 2
Mix flour with salt, create a well in the center of your bowl, and add the egg mixture. Combine until a sticky dough forms. Add more flour as needed to prevent excess sticking.
Step 3
Flour a counter top & rolling pin. Divide dough in two pieces and roll out thinly, cutting into squares. (A pasta rolling machine would be your best friend here!)
Step 4
Combine cream cheese, chopped green onion, garlic powder and a little salt with crab meat, Fold together.
Step 5
Fill each wonton square with about 1tsp. of cream cheese mixture. Use fingertip to apply water to the edges, and pinch together to close.
Step 6
Fry in oil until crispy.
