ingredients
- 3 Bananas
- 1 container Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/4 cups Ice cold water
- 5 1/10 ounce package Vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups Heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean
Method
Step 1
Use hand mixer to whisk condensed milk, slowly pouring in water.
Step 2
Add pudding mix, whisk until well combined & dry mix is dissolved. Let chill covered in fridge for at least 4 hours.
Step 3
Make whipped cream by using hand mixer to whip 4 cups heavy cream in a cold bowl. Add the seeds from 1 vanilla bean, and 1 tbs. powdered sugar. Whisk until peaks form.
Step 4
When pudding has set, fold in 2/3 of the whipped cream until we’ll combined and the two mixtures become one.
Step 5
Layer in individual cups, or a small casserole dish wafers (recipe on page previously), banana slices, pudding, and remaining whipped cream. Enjoy!
