- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 lemon, juiced.
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon diamond crystal kosher salt (1/2 if using Morton)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 peeled and deveined Argentinian red shrimp (uncooked)

Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Then combine tahini, yogurt, spices and seasonings, and lemon juice in a bowl. Whisk together until mostly smooth. Taste, adjust seasoning as needed. Add more lemon juice as needed to thin. Set aside.
Step 2
Cut strips of bacon in half, horizontally. Use each half to wrap around one shrimp.
Step 3
Place (with any bacon edge facing down) on a parchment lined baking sheet. Use toothpicks to secure if needed.
Step 4
Bake 20-25 minutes, until bacon is crisped and shrimp is cooked through.
Step 5
Remove toothpicks if used, and serve!
