"Matcha biscuit sponge, matcha mousse and black sesame cream jelly. This was such a disaster hence the minute amount of matcha mousse. But I thank the Gods of estimation that I managed to pour a similar amount of black sesame cream above. Would have added another mousse layer but I didn't have any acetate..so it's a sign that I make it again. Recipe adapted from @chelleli Happy Valentine's everybody!!"

Best flavor combination, ever!
[black sesame cream jelly]
300 g milk
50 g black sesame paste
30 g brown sugar
5 g gelatin sheets, softened
40 g heavy cream
bring milk, paste, sugar to boil
add gelatin sheets and cream, mix well and refrigerate till firm
