ingredients
Wild garlic butter
- 125 grams vegan butter
- 2 handfuls of wild garlic
- 20 grams nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Baguette
- 300 grams wheat flour
- 100 grams whole grain wheat flour
- 250 millileters warm oat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 package of dry yeast
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 150 grams vegan cheese
Method
Step 1
Start by combining the yeast with sugar and warm milk. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the yeast liquid with the other ingredients until well combined.
Step 3
Let the dough rest for in a warm place 30 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile prepare the wild garlic butter, by blending all ingredients until smooth.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 6
Once the dough is risen, cut it in half and roll half of it out to a rectangular shape.
Step 7
Spread the garlic butter on the dough and add some vegan grated cheese. Then roll up the dough from the long side.
Step 8
Cut the roll in half lengthwise and wrap the two dough strands around each other. Repeat for the second half of the dough and bake both baguettes for around 25 minutes.
