ingredients

Base

  • 200 grams blueberries
  • 280 grams oats
  • 50 grams chopped almonds
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 300 millileters oat milk
  • baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • vegan egg replacement powder for 2 eggs or 1 tbsp flaxseeds mixed with 20g boiling water

Crumble

  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 4 tablespoons oats
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients (except for the blueberries) and mix well.

  • Step 2

    Gently fold in the blueberries. For the crumble, mix all ingredients.

  • Step 3

    Line a baking dish with baking paper and fill in the base-mixture. Press it firmly into the baking dish. Spread the crumbles on top.

  • Step 4

    Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy still warm or store in the fridge and take a slice whenever you need a breakfast to-go!
