1/3 cup diced apples (mixed with ginger, cinnamon and vanilla powder).
1 cup of oats cooked
1 1/4 cups of almond milk.
1 tbsp maple syrup and a tsp of coconut sugar
Simmer all ingredients together ina saucepan on the stove top until the oatmeal is cooked
Top with desired toppings such as kiwi, banana, raspberries, grapefruit, granola, nuts, cacoa nibs
