ingredients
- 1/2 cups butter
- 1 cup almalmond butterond
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1 cup sweetener monkfruit
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Add almond butter and butter to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 20 seconds until butter is soft and almond butter melted (you don’t want to get this too hot or the eggs will cook when you try to mix them in). After removing from the oven, mix the butter and almond butter well with a spoon.
Step 3
Add in the almond extract and vanilla extract and then the two eggs, one at a time and mix well with the spoon.
