ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt
  • 1 finely chopped fresh purple onion
  • 2 finely grated garlic
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 teaspoon julienned ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat vegetable oil. Sauté onion and garlic. Cook for a couple of minutes.

  • Step 2

    Add mixed vegetables, ginger and a little salt. Cook for a couple of minutes on high heat.

  • Step 3

    Add cooked rice. Pour in oyster sauce and soy sauce.

  • Step 4

    Stir fry everything till heated through. Turn the heat off.

  • Step 5

    Mix in roasted sesame oil. Serve.
