2 medium tomatoes

1 (12 ounce) block extra firm tofu
1 (14 ounce) block firm tofu
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans
2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (13 ½ ounce) can full fat coconut milk
1 (11 ounce) can coconut condensed milk
1 quart almond milk
2 quarts vegetable stock
1 (3 ½ ounce) bar vegan dark chocolate
1 (16 ounce) jar spicy salsa
1 (8 ounce) package dried udon noodles
