Samoa Magic Bars

(2)
"These Samoa Magic Bars are...well...quite magical! Featuring layers of coconut, chocolate chips and caramel sauce, they taste just like that classic Girl Scout Cookie. Except these are even more gooey and indulgent."

ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Coconut
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce

Method

  • Step 1

Grease an 8x8 baking pan and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Pour this mixture into your prepared pan and press it down with a spoon or the bottom of a glass to form a solid, even crust. Place this in the oven to bake for 5 minutes.

  • Step 3

Once baked, remove your crust from the oven and layer on half of the shredded coconut followed by half of the chocolate chips. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of that.

  • Step 4

Layer on the remaining half of the shredded coconut and chocolate chips. Place the pan back in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.

  • Step 5

Then, remove from your oven and place on a wire rack to cool completely before drizzling on the caramel sauce. Slice and Enjoy!
