ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese or greek yogurt
- 1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
- Sweetener (such as Stevia), to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, add a few tablespoons of batter and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook 1 minute longer. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
Step 3
Serve with desired toppings and enjoy.
