Fries

  • 1 (400 gram) block halloumi
  • 100 grams plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili flakes

  • Finely diced chili
  • Chopped mint or parsley
  • Pomegranate
  • Honey, to drizzle

Method

  • Step 1

Combine the yogurt, herbs and lime together for the sauce.

  • Step 2

Cut the halloumi into 1cm slices. Cut each of the slices into 3 equal chip sized pieces.
