ingredients
- 500 grams peeled and deveined shrimp
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 peeled and minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoons dried italian herbs
- 1 teaspoons ground green chillie
- 2 teaspoons fish and prawn spice
- seasoning salt and pepper
- 500 grams boiled 1 minute less than packaged directions for al dente tagliatelle
- 250 milliliter cream
- 120 gram buffalo mozzarella
- 1 Handful coriander
- 1 tabelspoons dried chillie
Method
Step 1
In a pot, heat the olive oil on medium heat then add the garlic and chillie.
Step 2
Add the shrimp, fish and prawn spice, salt and pepper and herbs, stir and allow to braise until almost fully cooked then add the cream and stir to combine.
Step 3
Add the pasta and pasta water, stir and while cooking on low heat, break half of the mozzarella, stir and allow to melt.
Step 4
Serve warm, garnished with the remainder of the mozzarella, coriander and dried chillie.
