You can use Annie’s for much more than dressing up salads! I love using the dressings as marinades and glazes on tofu, veggies, mushrooms and so much more! With such a flavor variety of plant-based dressings the possibilities are endless. I am lucky that I live within walking distance to my local Whole Foods and I can always grab what I need to make a quick dinner in a flash. ⠀ This baked tofu marinated in Annie's organic Asian sesame dressing is super flavorful, simple to make, and very versatile. • 16 ounces stir fry vegetable blend
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Transfer tofu to a parchment-lined baking pan. Brush the remaining marinade over tofu. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn the strips and bake another 20 minutes, or until the tofu edges are golden.

  • Step 5

Stir-fry the veggie blend in a wok/pan on medium/high heat with 2 tablespoons of Annie’s dressing, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
