Quinoa vegetable soup filled with nutrients to cure my sore throat and boost my energy Recipe: Place chopped onions, garlic, carrots, sweet potato, and courgettes in a sauce pan with a bit of olive oil, pepper and Rosemary and flip for 5 minutes. Add 1 tomato, a chicken stock cube, and boiled water (amount depending on the quantity of vegetables you use). Boil for 10 minutes then add 1 cup quinoa and more water. Boil them for another 10 minutes, then add asparagus, chickpeas and garden peas and boil for 5 more minutes or Until the quinoa has cooked. -@runtothefridge
