ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons runny peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

ingredients

Topping

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter protein powder
  • 100 grams dairy-free chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup pretzels, chopped

Method

  • Step 1

    Line a container with non-stick paper. My container was 10 x 10cm

  • Step 2

Make the base: mix together all the ingredients until a cookie dough consistency. Transfer this into the lines container, press down to make one even layer

  • Step 3

Melt the chocolate until smooth. Whisk in the protein powder until no lumps remain, then fold in the pretzel pieces. Pour this over the top of each cup. Place a pretzel over the top for decoration before the chocolate sets

  • Step 4

Place in the fridge for 10 to firm up before serving
