ingredients

  • 1 teaspoons Black Tea or 1 Tea Bag
  • 1/2 teaspoons Rose Petals
  • 1 tabelspoons Blueberries
  • 1 cup Almond Milk (or Milk of Choice)
  • 1 tabelspoons Agave

Method

  • Step 1

    Firstly, add the milk, agave and blueberries to a blender and whizz up so all of the ingredients are well combined.

  • Step 2

    Add the black tea and rose petals to a small jug or cup and add 1/4 cup (2fl oz) of freshly boiled water. Allow the leaves to steep for around 5 minutes before removing the leaves using a fine mesh strainer.

  • Step 3

    Warm through the milk and blueberry mixture either in the microwave or on the hob.

  • Step 4

    Lots of bubbles should have formed already from the blender, however, it’s always great to add more bubbly-ness using a hand held milk frother.

  • Step 5

    Pour the tea concentrate into your cup and top up with the blueberry milk.

  • Step 6

    Add a sprinkle of rose petals for a touch of luxury and enjoy :)
