Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 4 teaspoon Black Tea
  • 2 Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cups Mushrooms (Button or Shiitake)
  • 2 tablepoons Cacao Powder
  • 2 tablepoons Honey/Agave/Maple Syrup

Method

  • Step 1

    In a small saucepan add the milk of choice and bring to the boil.

  • Step 2

    Next, remove from the heat, add the black tea and allow to steep for 5 minutes before removing the leaves with a fine mesh strainer.

  • Step 3

    Add the mushrooms, cacao powder and honey. Using an immersion blender or a regular blender, combine until really smooth and frothy.

  • Step 4

    Add optional coconut whipped cream and grated dark chocolate on top.
