ingredients
- 4 teaspoon Black Tea
- 2 Almond Milk
- 1/2 cups Mushrooms (Button or Shiitake)
- 2 tablepoons Cacao Powder
- 2 tablepoons Honey/Agave/Maple Syrup
Method
Step 1
In a small saucepan add the milk of choice and bring to the boil.
Step 2
Next, remove from the heat, add the black tea and allow to steep for 5 minutes before removing the leaves with a fine mesh strainer.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms, cacao powder and honey. Using an immersion blender or a regular blender, combine until really smooth and frothy.
Step 4
Add optional coconut whipped cream and grated dark chocolate on top.
