Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons Rooibos
  • 1 Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
  • 2 Honey/Agave/Maple Syrup
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 servings of Whipped Cream - Optional
  • 2 servings of Caramel Sauce - Optional
  • 2 servings of Grated Chocolate - Optional

Method

  • Step 1

    In a small saucepan, gently heat the almond milk, coconut cream and honey.

  • Step 2

    Remove from the heat once all the ingredients have melted and are combined, add the rooibos tea and allow to infuse for around 10 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Remove the leaves using a fine mesh strainer and pour the infused rooibos into two glasses over lots of ice.

  • Step 4

    Add a scoop of ice cream to each, whipped cream, caramel sauce and grated chocolate. Enjoy :)
