ingredients
- 2 teaspoon Masala Chai
- 2 cup Almond Milk (or Milk)
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
- 2 shots Baileys/Baileys Almande
- 2 tablespoons Honey/Agave/Maple Syrup - Optional
- 1 serving of Whipped Cream - Optional
Method
Step 1
Pour the milk into a saucepan bring to a gentle simmer, add the cocoa, chocolate chips and optional honey and keep stirring until the chocolate has completely melted, and all of the ingredients are combined.
Step 2
Remove from the heat and add the masala chai. Let steep for 5 minutes before straining out the leaves.
Step 3
Next, add the baileys and pour into 2 cups or 2 heat proof glasses.
Step 4
Add a scoop of chocolate ice cream and top with optional whipped cream.
Step 5
Enjoy with a spoon, straw or simply sip away :)
