ingredients

  • 1 cups Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoons Ground Turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ashwagandha root Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • pinch of Black Pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Firstly, warm up your favourite type of milk. I like almond or oat milk.

  • Step 2

    Add the sweetener, turmeric, ginger, ashwagandha and a pinch of pepper.

  • Step 3

    Mix it all together with a milk frother or blender and pour into your favourite cup or mug.

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle with a dusting of cinnamon (optional) and enjoy :)
