ingredients
- 1 Earl Grey Tea Bag
- 6 Loquats
- 1 tablespoons Honey
- 1 Small Piece Fresh Ginger
- 1 Squeeze Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoons Elderberry Syrup
- 1 shot Whisky
Method
Step 1
Firstly, brew the earl grey tea by steeping the tea in 1/4 cup of freshly boiled water for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the tea and stir in the honey while the tea is still hot.
Step 3
In a blender, add the steeped tea with the honey, elderberry syrup, lemon, fresh ginger and loquat halves (also seeds removed). Whizz the ingredients up until completely combined.
Step 4
In a glass, add ice, a shot of whisky and pour over the mixed earl grey loquat tea.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh ginger, lemon and loquats (optional).
