- 5 pieces boiled Egg
- 4 pieces chopped Onion
- 4 pieces chopped Tomato
- 1 teaspoo paste Ginger garlic
- 1 teaspoo powdered Red chili
- 1/2 teaspoo powdered Garam masala
- 1 teaspoo powdered Coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered Turmeric
- 2 fresh Green cardamom
- 2 fresh Clove
- 1/2 inch Cinamom
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted Fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 teaspoo Salt
- 2 teaspoon Oil
Method
Step 1
Roughly chopped the tomatoes and make a fine puree.
Step 2
Peel the eggs and prick them with a knife or toothpick. Heat little oil with a small pinch of turmeric and fry them till light brown.
