ingredients

  • 5 pieces boiled Egg
  • 4 pieces chopped Onion
  • 4 pieces chopped Tomato
  • 1 teaspoo paste Ginger garlic
  • 1 teaspoo powdered Red chili
  • 1/2 teaspoo powdered Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoo powdered Coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered Turmeric
  • 2 fresh Green cardamom
  • 2 fresh Clove
  • 1/2 inch Cinamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon Roasted Fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoo Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Roughly chopped the tomatoes and make a fine puree.

  • Step 2

    Peel the eggs and prick them with a knife or toothpick. Heat little oil with a small pinch of turmeric and fry them till light brown.
