ingredients

  • 2 ounces Full Circle Distillers gin
  • 4 ounces Calamansi sparkling water
  • 2-3 dashes cherry bitters
  • Allspice
  • Star anise
  • Pandan leaves
  • Fresh cranberries

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour gin and sparkling water over ice. Add cherry bitters. Garnish with allspice, star anise, pandan leaves and fresh cranberries.
